Description Medison 263 SC
Medison ® — a new systemic, two-component fungicide. Medison ® has long-lasting preventive and curative effects with physiological activity. Trifloxystrobin affects fungal cell respiration by blocking electron transfer in mitochondria, while prothioconazole inhibits ergosterol synthesis. Due to the combination of azole and strobilurin components, the product protects plants from fungal diseases, and on the other hand prevents plant aging by influencing hormone balance. Medison ® improves photosynthesis and optimizes nitrogen metabolism in plants, resulting in increased thousand-grain weight.

APPLICATIONS

WINTER AND SPRING WHEAT — 0.7–0.9 L / ha. Spraying from the beginning of stem elongation until the start of heading. Effective against powdery mildew, septoria, pyrenophora, leaf and root rots, and various rust diseases. Maximum number of applications — 2. Pre-harvest interval — 30 days. Special instructions: For optimal results, follow the application schedule. To achieve the best efficacy from both active ingredients, Medison ® should be applied from mid-flag leaf stage to mid-heading in wheat. Trifloxystrobin coats leaf surfaces and prevents pathogens from penetrating, while prothioconazole, located within leaf cells, controls mycelial development and haustorial penetration.
Selectivity: Medison ®, at recommended application rates, is well-tolerated by all varieties of the listed crops.

COMPATIBILITY

Medison ® can be mixed with many plant growth regulators, liquid fertilizers, insecticides, and other contact and systemic fungicides. Check compatibility before preparing the working solution! Toxicity to bees. Water protection: At recommended application rates, the product is safe for bees. Do not allow the product or its residues, or empty containers and packaging, to enter water bodies.

APPLICATION TECHNIQUE

Recommended fine spray application with a working solution dosage of 200–400 L / ha, applied by field equipment depending on its type: for example, flat-fan nozzles, liquid pressure 2.5–3 kg / cm², equipment speed 6–7 km / hour. ADVANTAGES

Effective against a broad spectrum of leaf diseases.
Enhances plant resistance to stress.
Enhances photosynthesis in plants.
Improves nitrogen uptake.
Increases thousand-grain weight.
Increases yield.
