Fiellday ЖЗК-8

Efficient Harvesting with the Fiellday ЖЗК

The Fiellday ЖЗК corn header is a specialized implement designed for intensive use in modern farming operations. The Fiellday brand focuses on minimizing grain losses during harvest, which is a critical factor for the profitability of any agricultural business. Structurally, the unit is a reliable piece of equipment, adapted for a wide range of domestic and imported combines.

Technical Features and Operation

The design of the ЖЗК model emphasizes high-quality cutting and stable delivery of stalks into the combine's feeder house. The unit features a reinforced frame capable of withstanding significant dynamic loads during high-speed operations. Key functional components include:

• An integrated stalk-chopping system that allows for efficient mulching of the field in a single pass.
• Driveline components engineered for high-dust environments with a significant margin of safety.
• Adjustable stripper plates that allow for quick adaptation to different stalk thicknesses and corn hybrids.

In the market, the Fiellday ЖЗК has established itself as a reliable workhorse, making it an ideal choice for medium to large-scale farms where adhering to agrotechnical harvesting deadlines is critical. The ease of maintenance allows operators to perform basic servicing themselves, reducing downtime during peak season.

Market Positioning

Unlike more narrow-specialized or entry-level alternatives, the Fiellday ЖЗК series offers a balanced ratio of weight and performance. Utilizing this header helps significantly reduce the load on the combine's threshing unit through superior pre-processing of the biomass, which positively impacts the cleanliness of the grain sample in the tank.
