БДТ 6

A Benchmark in Heavy-Duty Tillage

The БДТ disc harrow series represents a cornerstone of robust soil cultivation technology. Originally engineered to handle the most demanding agricultural environments, these implements have evolved into modern solutions tailored for high-horsepower tractors. Their primary role in the field remains clear: deep primary tillage and aggressive soil preparation where standard cultivators fail to penetrate.

Design Philosophy and Durability

The strength of the БДТ brand lies in its weight-to-disc ratio. A heavy, reinforced frame ensures consistent penetration even in dry, compacted soils, which is essential for successful moisture management. Key features include:

• High-carbon steel discs, either scalloped or spherical, engineered for cutting through thick crop residue.
• Adjustable gang angles, providing the flexibility to adapt the soil inversion level to specific agronomic needs.
• Heavy-duty bearing assemblies designed to withstand continuous impact and shock loading.

The market reputation of БДТ is built on field-serviceability. Unlike some imported counterparts that require specialized service centers and proprietary parts, this equipment can be maintained and repaired by local mechanics, ensuring minimal downtime during critical planting or harvesting windows.

Operational Use Cases

BDT implements thrive in difficult conditions, such as clay-heavy soils or fields with massive vegetation cover. They are commonly employed for:

1. Weed control and the stimulation of volunteer crop germination.
2. Incorporation of manure and organic fertilizers into the soil profile.
3. Breakdown of heavy stalk residue, such as corn or sunflower, eliminating the need for separate shredding passes.

In the current market, БДТ serves as a "workhorse" solution. It prioritizes functional output over non-essential features, offering farmers reliable results with a low total cost of ownership.
