Field work without unnecessary fuss

When you start working with the "Agroremmash-BC AGD-1.", you quickly realize it's designed for those who don't want to waste half a day on complex adjustments. The unit attaches to the tractor quickly, and the working depth is intuitive to set — just a couple of lever movements. For a small or medium-sized farm, this means minimal downtime in the field.

Operational experience and maintenance

The design is straightforward, without over-complicated technology, so any tractor driver can handle the maintenance. The steel is of good quality, and the discs retain their sharpness even when working in dry, hard soil.

• Maintainability: You don't need to hunt for parts for months; everything is standard and can be replaced in the field using a basic tool kit.
• Traction Load: The traction is well-balanced; the tractor doesn't "choke" when the speed is adjusted correctly. Fuel consumption remains within reasonable limits because the design doesn't create excessive resistance.
• Soil Performance: The discs effectively shred crop residues. If you need to incorporate stubble in the autumn, the unit leaves the ground even, without creating deep furrows that would otherwise require extra leveling effort.

A straightforward perspective

Of course, like any soil tillage equipment, the "Agroremmash-BC AGD-1." requires care for its rotating components. Lubricating the bearings is crucial; if you don't neglect this routine, the unit's lifespan increases significantly. The frame is rigid, and the welds hold up well even under active use on uneven fields. It is a reliable working tool that simply gets the job done without requiring expensive spare parts or complicated technical service.
