The product should not be used as a standalone fertilizer. While it improves nutrient efficiency, it does not replace the fundamental need for nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium inputs in intensive farming.

Working solutions must be used shortly after preparation. Storing diluted humate solutions for extended periods allows for bacterial growth, which can turn the product sour and render it ineffective.
