Велес-Агро КПГ 4.5

Built for Intensive Tillage

The Veles-Agro KPG 4 represents a standard for field-proven tillage equipment designed for medium-sized farming operations. Developed as a versatile tool for deep cultivation, this unit functions effectively as both a chisel plow and a soil subsoiler. Its primary design goal is the destruction of the plow pan, which is vital for restoring soil aeration and moisture permeability after years of heavy machinery use.

Technical Specifications and Versatility

Built upon a heavy-duty frame, the KPG 4 is engineered to withstand significant stress when operating in dense loam or uncultivated areas. Key features include:

• A 4-meter working width that matches perfectly with tractors rated at 150 hp and above, catering to the needs of the vast majority of mid-tier agricultural enterprises.
• Interchangeable working parts that allow the operator to adapt the machine for tasks ranging from surface stubble tilling to deep soil loosening up to 30-40 cm.
• High frame clearance that prevents clogging with crop residue, enabling operation even in high-moisture soil conditions.

In the current economic climate, Veles-Agro focuses on maintainability. Unlike imported machinery, the KPG 4 does not rely on hard-to-source spare parts or complex proprietary software—it is a workhorse that can be maintained using basic workshop tools.

Market Position

The KPG 4 competes directly with budget-friendly international alternatives, offering a superior cost-of-ownership ratio. Compared to previous generations of tillage equipment, this model demonstrates clear improvements in steel quality and weld integrity. It is the preferred choice for agronomists who need reliable soil preparation performance without the unnecessary price premium associated with complex electronics or marketing-heavy brands.
