Greenhouse frame.
Arches of the greenhouse are made of 32mm round pipe with 2mm wall thickness and are spaced 1.5m apart, ensuring structural rigidity. Diagonal braces protect the structure from longitudinal wind oscillations.
Facades use 60x50mm timber.
The package includes a full set of fasteners for greenhouse frame, timber, and film.
The greenhouse requires minimal maintenance during operation.
No painting required. All arches are sealed with 100-micron polymer film. Polymer lifespan exceeds 10 years.
All connections and fasteners are hot-dip galvanized on both sides.
Ventilation of greenhouse.
Two-sided side ventilation allows you to raise greenhouse walls and lower temperature in the plant growth zone with one handle turn. Ventilation operates up to 1.7m height.
Film.
We use special greenhouse film from the brand «Planet-Polystyrene». Film thickness — 150 microns. Service life — 3-4 years. If the film tears during operation for any reason, you can always order a new cover from us. Cover cost — 1200 UAH.
Greenhouse installation.
Frame installation is performed by burying special frame ends into the ground. If the greenhouse is located in an open area, concrete pouring may be required.
Film For mounting film on the greenhouse, you will need to tighten only a few ropes sewn into the film cover. The cover design allows for quick and easy tensioning during operation.
