The Optimise 400 preparation is a bioproduct containing Bradyrhizobium japonicum bacteria and lipochitooligosaccharide. It is used to increase soybean yields. The preparation is supplied as a concentrate suspension for seed treatment. The formulation contains from 0.1% to 1.0% Bradyrhizobium japonicum bacteria (strain 61A273), as well as a minimum of 2x10-7% lipochitooligosaccharide. The preparation is recommended for use at a rate of up to 1.00 L per tonne of seeds. Optimise 400 ensures effective inoculation of seeds with bacteria, which promotes improved growth and development of soybean plants. The preparation is environmentally safe and does not require the use of chemical fertilizers. It can be used within integrated plant protection systems. Application of Optimise 400 contributes to increased soybean yields by enhancing atmospheric nitrogen fixation, thereby reducing the need for additional nitrogenous fertilizers. This bioproduct is suitable for use both during seed germination and at planting in the field.
