The Rizolik Top preparation is a biological preparation containing strains of bulbous bacteria Bradyrhizobium japonicum Semia 5079 and Semia 5080. Each 1 ml of the preparation contains not less than 1×10⁹ CFU. The preparation is used for pre-sowing seed treatment of soybeans. To treat 50 kg of soybean seeds, 150 ml of the preparation is required in combination with the protectant Premax, which is applied at a rate of 45 ml per 200 ml of water. The preparation is used once. The use of the biological preparation increases crop yield by improving nitrogen nutrition of plants.
