Drive Architecture and Transmission Durability

The machine utilizes a heavy-duty gear reduction system with bevel gears. Unlike lighter models that rely on belt drives, the MB-1013D employs a dry multi-plate clutch. This setup allows for smooth engagement even when pulling heavy implements, essential for preventing stalling or wheel slip on dense, uncultivated soils. The transmission offers a 6-forward/2-reverse speed range, allowing the operator to fine-tune the pace from slow «creeping» speeds for precise planting to transport speeds of up to 20 km/h.
