Lemken Korund

Precision seedbed preparation made simple

When the spring season kicks off, timing is everything. Unlike heavy disc harrows that bog down the engine, this cultivator is lightweight yet exceptionally sturdy. It delivers a perfectly leveled, crumbled surface that allows the planter to operate with maximum consistency.

Field Performance and Setup

The best part about the Korund is how intuitive the depth control is. You don't need to spend hours with a toolbox to get it dialed in. Its four rows of tines perform brilliantly, breaking up clods even in fields that have crusted over after heavy spring rains. The tines maintain a consistent working depth, ensuring that the seedbed isn't just leveled on top but properly prepared all the way through.

Maintenance and Durability

From an operator's perspective, this machine is built to stay in the field, not the shop. It’s a straightforward design where everything is accessible. Replacing the tines is a one-man job, and the bolt patterns are easy to reach. The steel quality is exactly what you expect from Lemken—it holds its edge throughout the season, so you aren't constantly swapping out parts when you should be planting.

• Fuel Efficiency: Because of its design, you can run at higher gears with lower engine load, leading to significant fuel savings per hectare.
• Transport: It folds down into a compact profile, making field-to-field movement easy and safe on public roads.
• Operator Experience: Minimal vibration transmitted back to the tractor, and the hydraulic requirements are very reasonable.
