Kentavr МБ 1010

A Reliable Workhorse for Small Farms

The Kentavr МБ walk-behind tractor is a classic solution for those who prefer to manage every centimeter of their land personally. Unlike heavy tractors, this machine is highly maneuverable and does not require specialized storage conditions. The main advantage of KENTAVR equipment is its focus on maintainability: the design of the units is straightforward, allowing owners to perform basic maintenance in their own garage without relying on expensive service centers.

Pros and Cons

• Transmission: The gear-driven transmission provides reliable traction even on dense, virgin soils, where entry-level belt-driven models often struggle with slippage.
• Ergonomics: The handlebars are adjustable in both height and turning angle, which is essential for long-term furrowing work when the operator needs to walk beside the machine.
• Operational Nuances: A potential downside is the engine's sensitivity to oil quality; it is critical to adhere strictly to the maintenance schedule, otherwise, the engine lifespan will decrease rapidly. Furthermore, when using heavy implements like mowers or heavy plows, adding ballast weights is recommended to ensure proper traction.

Who Is This Machine For?

The Kentavr МБ is ideal for landowners with plots ranging from 0.2 to 1 hectare. It serves as the 'sweet spot' for those who have outgrown a standard tiller but do not yet require a full-sized mini-tractor. The unit handles plowing, hilling, harvesting root crops, and transporting loads on small carts with ease. If your goal is seasonal garden maintenance without paying for unnecessary complex features, this model is a highly rational choice.
