Gaucho ® — systemic and contact seed treatment for wheat, barley, sugar beet, corn, and sunflower seeds against a broad spectrum of pests. The active ingredient of the product (imidacloprid) belongs to the chloronicotinyl group. It blocks nerve impulse transmission in insect pests and, unlike conventional pesticides, has a novel mode of action that prevents the development of resistance.
PRODUCT ACTION
Seeds treated with Gaucho ® provide complete insecticidal protection against all important leaf and soil pests. The active ingredient is absorbed by the plant's roots and then translocated to the leaves. The contact-internal insecticide is distributed very evenly throughout the young plant and provides long-lasting control against piercing and chewing insect pests at low dosages. APPLICATION TECHNIQUE
Before application, Gaucho ® should be diluted with water at a rate of 10 liters of water + the recommended dosage of the product for treating 1000 kg of seeds to ensure better wetting of the seed surface and better adherence of Gaucho ®.
