Hardi Commander

In the field: a operator's take on Hardi Commander

When you start a shift with the Hardi Commander, it’s immediately clear that this machine was built by people who know what long hours in the field actually feel like. The primary reason to value this trailed sprayer is consistency. The boom suspension system keeps everything level, even during tricky headland turns, which is vital for maintaining spray accuracy without damaging the crop due to boom whip.

Maintenance without the headache

The layout is engineered with common sense. Access to the main filters and the pump is straightforward—you don't have to crawl underneath in the mud to perform routine checks. The tank rinsing system is impressive; it leaves the system clean, which is a lifesaver when switching between different chemical programs. The Hardi hydraulic system is robust, provided you don't skimp on quality oil and filter changes.

• Operation: The interface is intuitive. After a few shifts, adjusting the application rate becomes second nature.
• Efficiency: With the right nozzle setup and pressure, the Hardi Commander delivers excellent savings on chemical solutions without compromising coverage.
• Durability: The frame is heavy-duty and shows no signs of stress or cracking, even after intensive work on uneven terrain.

Honestly, this is equipment for those who prioritize output. While it demands strict adherence to maintenance schedules, it rewards you with precise application and, most importantly, keeps you running during the peak season when every hour counts.
