The core of the Scenic Gold 350 FS seed treatment is a combination of two powerful active ingredients: fluoxastrobin and fluopicolide. This synergy transforms the product from a standard fungicide into a precise tool for controlling early pathogens in oilseed rape and sunflower. Fluoxastrobin, belonging to the strobilurin class, inhibits the mitochondrial respiration of fungi, which is critical during germination when the seed is most vulnerable to soil-borne infections.

A protective barrier at the cellular level

The key advantage of the product is the inclusion of fluopicolide—a compound that effectively suppresses oomycetes, including the causative agents of downy mildew. This solution provides protection not only against seed decay but also blocks the development of phoma and alternaria blight during the earliest stages of crop growth. The systemic nature of the product ensures uniform distribution of the components throughout the seedling, creating a protective shield that remains stable after sowing.

Technological application aspects

The product is formulated as a flowable concentrate for seed treatment (FS), ensuring excellent adhesion to the seed surface. Due to the high concentration, the application rate is 3–5 liters per ton of seed, making it a cost-effective solution for intensive farming.
