POLYMIXOBACKTERIN

Polymixobacterin — a bio-preparation with fungicidal action. Its composition includes the strain of bacteria Paenibacillus polymyxa KV with a titer of not less than 5 × 10^9 IU/cm³ of the preparation. The preparation is used in agriculture to protect plants from fungal diseases. The sphere of application includes sugar beet, sunflower, corn, cereal crops, flax-long fiber, winter and spring rape. The preparation has a liquid form and is intended for processing crops for the prevention of fungal infections. The Institute of Agricultural Microbiology and Agroindustrial Production of NAAN (Ukraine) developed this preparation using biotechnological methods to create an effective means of plant protection against pathogenic fungi.
