The product stands out for its dual mode of action: it acts as a contact barrier on the plant surface while simultaneously being absorbed systemically into the plant tissues. This combination provides both immediate effect and durable protection against fungal threats.

Control of key pathogens

The active ingredient, carbendazim, works by inhibiting the biosynthesis of beta-tubulin, which disrupts the cell division process of the fungi. This mechanism provides effective control over a wide range of diseases, including:

• Wheat: Septoria and powdery mildew.
• Sunflower: Phomopsis and phoma leaf spot.
• Fodder beet: Cercospora leaf spot and root rot.
• General: Snow mold control in winter crops.

Application and efficiency

Available as a suspension concentrate or aqueous emulsion, «Kompozit» is optimized for stable performance in spray tanks. The recommended application rate is 0.5–1.5 liters per hectare. Depending on the disease pressure, 1 to 2 treatments per season are sufficient. Farmers should note the 3rd hazard class classification and a pre-harvest interval of 20–30 days.
