Golden Spray Cap

Why the right end-cap matters for pressure stability

When installing a 'Golden Spray' irrigation system, sealing the ends of the supply lines correctly is critical. The Seo Won end-cap is a simple but essential component that eliminates the need for 'DIY' fixes like kinking the hose or using duct tape. Maintaining proper sealing at the end of the line ensures uniform water pressure along the entire hose, which is the only way to guarantee even irrigation across your crops.

Operational insights and field durability

Seo Won has engineered these caps using UV-resistant polymers. This is a massive advantage for field work, as the plastic won't turn brittle under the harsh summer sun after just a month of use. The internal design provides a snug fit that prevents leaks even when operating at standard pressures of 0.5–0.8 bar.

• Installation: No special tools required. Simply insert the end of the hose into the cap and tighten the compression nut. It’s a straightforward, one-handed job.
• Maintenance: We recommend removing the caps at the end of the season to drain any residual water. This prevents sediment buildup inside the pipe and ensures the hose stays clean for the next year.
• Repairability: The plastic structure is designed for multiple assembly and disassembly cycles. If the end of your hose gets damaged during cultivation or transport, you can just trim off the damaged part with a knife, and the fitting will seal perfectly again.

Opting for original Seo Won hardware is about saving time and avoiding headaches. Once you have the system set up and the end-caps secured, you can focus on your crops rather than patching up leaking hoses. It is a vital component to keep in your spare parts kit for any irrigation emergency during the growing season.
