DW Engineering: Focus on Durability

DW agricultural machinery is engineered as a robust tool for intensive use in small to medium-sized farms. The design philosophy centers on achieving a balance between simple maintenance and high resistance to the stresses of intensive soil cultivation.

Transmission and Undercarriage

The core of this machinery is its mechanical transmission, which provides a wide range of gear ratios. This allows the operator to adapt traction force to specific agricultural operations, from light cultivation to heavy plowing. The use of gear-driven reducers with hardened teeth ensures efficient torque transfer, which is vital when operating on heavy or wet soils.

Hydraulics and Control

The operating pressure in the DW hydraulic system is balanced to ensure responsive control of mounted implements. Standard quick-connect couplings allow for fast equipment switching. Control components are ergonomically placed, reducing operator fatigue during long field shifts. The fluid filtration system protects the hydraulic pump from premature wear, significantly extending the system's service life in dusty working conditions.

Practical Adaptability

The frame is constructed with a high safety margin to prevent deformation during peak loads on the three-point hitch. The engine compartment layout ensures easy access to daily maintenance points, including filler necks, dipsticks, and filters. This maintenance-friendly design minimizes downtime during critical planting and harvesting seasons.
