Demetra РНД-1000

A Robust Solution for Soil Management

The Demetra РНД- rotary harrow has established itself as a reliable workhorse for modern farming operations. Designed primarily for intensive post-planting soil maintenance, these units excel at breaking up soil crusts and improving aeration around the root zone. As fluctuating climate patterns continue to create hardened, impermeable soil surfaces after heavy rains, the Demetra machinery provides a critical solution to prevent moisture loss and ensure optimal crop emergence in the early stages of development.

Engineering and Field Performance

The РНД- series is engineered with a focus on simplicity, durability, and operational efficiency. The key technical attributes include:

• Optimized angle of attack for the working elements, ensuring effective cultivation without causing damage to fragile crop stems.
• High-speed operational capability, allowing farmers to cover large areas within narrow agrotechnical windows.
• High adaptability to various soil types, ranging from light sandy soils to heavy chernozem, providing consistent performance across diverse farm topographies.

By effectively tackling weeds at the thread-like development stage, the Demetra РНД- serves as an essential tool for reducing dependence on chemical herbicides, making it a valuable asset for both conventional and sustainable farming practices.

Market Position and Reliability

Demetra has positioned itself as a brand that balances affordability with structural integrity. The РНД- model has evolved based on direct farmer feedback, leading to improvements in joint reinforcement and the selection of wear-resistant alloys for the teeth, which significantly extends the unit’s lifespan. For operators looking for predictable results, local serviceability, and a machine that can withstand demanding field conditions, the Demetra РНД- stands as a competitive alternative to premium imported equipment, offering high value for every hectare cultivated.
