Червона зірка УПС 8

Seed Precision as the Foundation for Yields

The «Червона зірка УПС» pneumatic planter is engineered for professional farmers who prioritize seed placement accuracy. The core of the machine is its ejector-type metering unit. Unlike mechanical systems, this unit uses air pressure to fix the seed to the disk, which practically eliminates skips and doubles, maintaining high precision even at speeds up to 12 km/h.

Key Technical Solutions

• Drive System: The use of reinforced chain drives, protected from dust and debris, ensures smooth disk rotation. This stability is essential when planting calibrated sunflower or corn seeds, where consistent spacing is critical.
• Parallelogram Suspension: The design of the row units features a parallelogram linkage that provides exceptional ground contour following. This keeps the sowing depth consistent across the entire field, regardless of surface irregularities.
• Double-Disk Opener: Equipped with heavy-duty scrapers, the double-disk opener creates a clean and uniform furrow. This ensures excellent seed-to-soil contact, which accelerates germination and seedling emergence.

The engineering team at «Червона зірка» focused on reducing vibration during operation. The transmission is designed to minimize the impact of terrain on the row units, preventing fluctuations in working depth at higher operational speeds. Furthermore, the adjustable down-pressure system allows the operator to adapt the planter to varying soil moisture and compaction levels. By combining a robust frame with high-precision pneumatic metering, the «Червона зірка УПС» provides a reliable solution for increasing overall field productivity.
