Description
Symptoms
The primary symptom is the appearance of small, circular, or irregular spots on the leaves, which often expand into larger brown lesions over time.

Small, dark, pimple-like structures, known as acervuli, appear in the center of the lesions, especially under high humidity conditions, releasing masses of spores.
Severely affected leaves may begin to curl, lose their firm texture, and eventually collapse or wither due to the extensive internal damage.
In advanced cases, the infection can spread to the base of the plant, causing rot and potentially leading to the death of the entire rosette.
Pathogen
The disease is caused by the pathogenic fungus Colletotrichum neosansevieriae, which is specifically adapted to infect various species of Sansevieria.
