Bloomer's stiporyzopsis (Stiporyzopsis bloomeri) is a perennial grass species belonging to the family Poaceae. It is a natural intergeneric hybrid resulting from the genetic interaction between members of the Achnatherum and Oryzopsis genera.

The native distribution area of this species is primarily located in the western regions of North America, where it thrives in semi-arid and steppe environments. It is often identified as a key component of the local vegetation in rocky foothills and dry shrublands.
