Security and Pest Control Systems DERSIS

The company "Dersis" is one of the most important on the domestic market of security and pest control systems, or OZDS. The company is engaged in the production and maintenance of new-generation pest control devices developed by its own design. We spoke with the general director of "Dersis" Maxim Timofeyev and discussed pest control activities in Russia, as well as the main features of OZDS offered by his company.

Q: Good day, Maxim. What prompted you to establish such a specialized production and what goals did you set?

A: Good day. The importance and relevance of such a security measure as eliminating pests from production facilities cannot be underestimated. It was this, along with an understanding of the modern needs of Russian enterprises, that prompted us to establish LLC "Dersis". Our main goal was to develop a new method of fighting rats that is both environmentally friendly and reliable. The task was set to develop a flexible and scalable device, based on which it would be possible to equip our OZDS for any enterprises and premises — from large industrial complexes to residential buildings. It was our compliance with all the mentioned qualities and safety standards that enabled us to create an accessible and unique OZDS "Dersis" that is already successfully used by many Russian enterprises.

Q: You mentioned the safety of Dersis devices, how do your new devices differ from those already on the market?

A: After reviewing all modern pest control methods, we decided to create a new, completely safe and harmless method of fighting rodents. The result of our engineers' developments in the research center and numerous tests and trials was the first OZDS "Dersis" based on the use of directed electric current to affect rats. The system was designed taking into account all the shortcomings of existing methods of eliminating rats, including chemical agents, traps, and sound devices. The "Dersis" system is a complex of protective barriers through which the current passes, installed around the entire perimeter of the facility. The current delivery to the barriers is remotely controlled by the "Dersis" device in automatic mode. Thanks to the system's operation, rats will not be able to move around the premises and reach feeding and living areas. On the other hand, the OZDS "Dersis" does not pose a threat to human health or the rats themselves, the current deters rodents rather than kills them, which, in turn, increases the quality of our devices not only in terms of safety but also ecology.

Q: I understand, thank you for the answer. Maxim, could you clarify for readers the focus of your devices? I mean your potential clients; you mentioned scalability of the system, but was there a primary target group selected?

A: We primarily focus on agro-industrial enterprises and the companies that service them. This choice is not accidental — objectively, it is clear that the problem of rodents is especially acute on enterprises involved in the production, storage, and processing of food and agricultural products. For the agro-industrial complex, we have developed our best devices using the latest technologies and providing an unprecedented level of protection against pests.

Q: I understand. Maxim, at the end of our conversation, could you tell our subscribers how they can learn about your equipment and services?

A: With pleasure. All necessary information is available on the company's website — dersys.ru. There, you can familiarize yourself with all technical documentation, equipment components, as well as company contacts.
